BRIAN MCFARLANE
Brian McFarlane joined iPostal1 in early 2022, currently serving as Vice President-Retail Channel. He leads strategic partnerships that expand iPostal1’s products and services across retail. With over 20 years of leadership experience in mortgage, banking, and finance, Brian excels in people management and operational development. He plays a key role in designing and executing onboarding strategies for franchise partners, learning and development initiatives, corporate reporting, and the creation of standardized operating procedures to drive consistent success.
MATT SCHOENBERG
As the Sales Director at iPostal1, Matt Schoenberg leads the Retail Sales Team strategy by aligning teams, segments, and sales motions to scale growth and deliver consistent, high-impact customer outcomes throughout the iPostal1 SaaS, and our partners. Matt leverages his expertise to bring the full strength of our go-to-market engine to the field. He oversees our Retail accounts portfolio, solution strategy, industry engagement, and customer value. Since joining iPostal1 in 2024, Matt has helped shape the company’s rise to one of the most respected Digital Mailbox brands in the world.
BARRY GESSERMAN
Barry has been with USZoom since 2012, helping to lead the company’s transition to a SaaS business model and launch the iPostal1 brand in 2015 as Chief Marketing Officer. He was instrumental in the national rollout of the company’s Digital Mailbox service to shipping stores, coworking spaces, and other verticals. Currently EVP of Retail Sales and Partnerships, Barry and his team lead the firm-wide effort to expand the number of iPostal1 mail center partners, including managing relationships with existing key strategic partners as well as identifying new channel opportunities.
MATT WALLACE
Matt joined the iPostal1 Sales Team in June 2025, bringing a background that blends marketing, event planning, and client relations. Before joining iPostal1, Matt worked in the publishing industry as a marketing coordinator and meeting planner and also built a successful career as a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey.
Matt is passionate about connecting with people and providing excellent service that helps clients achieve their goals.
TRACEY MEZZINA
Tracey is the Director of Business Development at iPostal1, focusing on the self storage industry. With a proven track record of forging strategic partnerships, Tracey brings her experience in building and nurturing client relationships. Her role involves identifying growth opportunities, expanding market presence, and ensuring that iPostal1 remains at the forefront of the digital mail industry. With a commitment for excellence, Tracey continues to drive success and growth in the self storage sector.
AJ CAMOTA

With iPostal1 since 2023, AJ is the Onboarding Supervisor. He is committed to supporting the growth and success of the company by delivering a dynamic and engaging onboarding experience. With a passion for presenting the software in a clear and exciting way, he ensures that new partners feel confident and prepared from day one.
He is also deeply dedicated to the ongoing development of his team. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth, he empowers team members to thrive and consistently deliver excellence.
MINAMI MATSUO
Minami is a Senior Sales Coordinator at iPostal1 and acts as a liaison between the USPS and iPostal1 partners to resolve any issues they may have in reaching USPS compliance since joining the company in 2022. She has assisted hundreds of partners with their USPS Business Customer Gateway registration. With 10+ years of customer service experience, Minami works hard to communicate the issues to cut through confusion and maintain great relationships with both parties. She works hand in hand with the Storage team to bolster current and potential partnerships.
MIRIAM DARBY
Miriam joined the iPostal1 marketing team in 2021 and was promoted to Marketing Manager of B2B Verticals. She manages trade shows and events, social media presence, web and email content design, marketing materials, and developing systems to increase productivity. Miriam’s degree in Hospitality reflects her passion for finding ways to enhance partner relationships and values the opportunity to aid in the growth of iPostal1.
