Company
iPostal1, New York headquarters.
iPostal1 is a SaaS tech company that has evolved into the leading Digital Mailbox provider, with about 4,000 mailing address locations worldwide that customers use as their virtual address.
iPostal1’s developmental roots go back more than 20 years. Founder and CEO Jeff Milgram has started and led several businesses, from educational software to an independent shipping store, that shaped his vision for iPostal1.
In 2007, armed with unique insights into the shipping industry, Jeff revised his business approach to focus on renting “virtual” mailboxes and forwarding packages to remote international clients, which grew to over 30,000 customers in 118 countries.
In 2013, infusing these services with cutting-edge technology, Jeff’s company carved out a niche by receiving and managing postal mail and packages for its remote customers and enabling these customers to view and manage their mail items via the Digital Mailbox technology platform that remains today the company’s core competitive advantage. Jeff launched iPostal1 in 2015 and built the company on what has been an extraordinarily successful business model.
Customer Service
iPostal1 support team, hard at work, at our New York headquarters.
iPostal1 has prioritized customer service since the very beginning - back in 2007, when we were founded. We work hard to avoid outsourcing our support teams. We select and train all our customer service and partner support representatives to provide the highest level of service possible.
Our support team is now organized into six separate departments to better serve existing customers, prospective customers, and our partner locations. We even have a team dedicated to helping new customers complete and upload their Form 1583 and IDs, as required by the USPS to receive mail at their selected location.
Pictured are many of our iPostal1 employees that continually work on refining the customer experience, improving our marketing, creating new partnerships and strengthening current partnerships. We've also extended our team across four time zones and internationally. We are always working to do things better, which is why our expansion plans are far from finished.
